What to expect after you order
1. Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order with Archline Kitchens, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all your order details. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex), as well as PayPal. If your payment has been processed, your order status will show as "Processing." For orders paid by check, the status will remain "Pending" until payment clears. Within 24 hours, one of our team members will personally reach out to confirm that your order is being prepared and provide updates on the shipping timeline.

2. Shipping Updates
Within two business days, you’ll either receive a notification that your item has shipped or, for items shipping directly from the manufacturer, an estimated shipping date provided by the factory.

3. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. For smaller items shipped via carriers like UPS, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. For larger items (typically over 80 lbs) shipped via freight, we’ll provide the carrier’s name, contact information, and tracking number. If your order is shipping directly from the manufacturer, tracking details may take up to two days to become available, but we’ll share them with you as soon as we receive them. Your order status will then be updated to "Completed."
